MINDset coaching for high performance teen athletes
As a coach…and constant student of life and sport...
I'm a former D1 NCAA Breastroker at James Madison University - now Professional USA Triathlete, Top Ranked World-level Off-road Endurance Triathlete, and Ultra-Runner. In addition to being a teen mindset coach, I am an author and food system consultant and innovator (so, like my athletes, I'm also living the life of managing my athletics with work - and I'd argue it makes me better at both).
As a firm believer in training (and playing) sports for LIFE, I bring a vast amount of unique experiences to my coaching (multiple sports - swimming, running, biking, strength training), challenges faced as an athlete (injuries, self-doubt, nerves, ADHD, identity, burnout, performance plateau), and formal education (studying sport, nutrition, psychology, and exercise science in college) to advocate for the whole-person and mental health and performance of teen athletes.
I believe that movement and nourishment is a way to explore our inner and outer world - and that begins with our mind.
1 on 1 coachinG and team workshops
As a mindset coach, I help teen athletes harness their confidence, overcome mindset-blocks and performance pressures, learn how to regulate emotions, prepare for competitions, and gain tools to enhance overall mental wellness.
Mindset development is as critical as physical preparation. With mental health at the forefront of sports for teen athletes, I offer services that build the foundations for whole-self health and performance through consistent, 1-on-1 coaching connection.
